EUROTEK 16-TIER SPIRAL FREEZER WITH GRASSO GEA PLANT

1 x Eurotek spiral freezer with SPL Refrigeration Plant Room and Grasso GEA screw compressor. Will be fitted with new box / panels. Comes with de-elevator conveyor from outfeed.

Belt configuration – North-South. Product in at bottom left, product out at top right down flighted outfeed conveyor.

Belt width – 610mm (24’’) useable, 660mm (26’’) overall. With 127mm (0.5’’) guard each side of belt to prevent product slipping off.

Belt type – Stainless steel wire mesh.

Number of tiers – 19.5.

Tier pitch - 130mm.

Maximum product height - 60mm.

Infeed height - 800mm. 

Outfeed height - 3400mm. 

External dimensions of the insulated enclosure - 7800mm L x 5500mm W x 3800mm H.  

Throughput – Up to 1500kg/h.

Refrigeration plant – 2017 Grasso GEA RR-R28S-28 screw compressor skid pack. Duty - 236kW.

Refrigerant – R404A Freon.

Condenser - BAC Baltimore condenser on pressure system. Model - VXC 125. Fitted with large DX coil.

Control system - Mitsubishi PLC Model A1-S. 

Previous use - freezing of ready meals, infeed at +80degC and outfeed at -18degC. 

Has been removed from site professionally and ready for transport.
