Grinding of fresh meat, frozen meat and whole frozen meat blocks.

Capacity: Depends on a meat temperature and a selected cutting set.

Fresh meat: Fine grinding: (Ø3 mm - Ø8 mm) 8 000 - 13 000 kg/h. Coarse grinding: (Ø10 mm - Ø30 mm) 14 500 - 20 000 kg/h.

Frozen meat: Fine grinding: (Ø3 mm - Ø8 mm) 4 000 - 10 000 kg/h. Coarse grinding: (Ø10 mm - Ø30 mm) 12 000 - 17 000 kg/h.
