Made in stainless steel 316

Doses all kinds of fluids, viscous and dense. You can adjust the volume of the dosing by means of a screen and work with automatic activation, being able to regulate the rate or frequency of dosing. It is made of stainless steel 316 and has a product reception double wall hopper which can be used to warm up or cool down product , electrical panel with PLC and anti-drip system. 

The piston works with servo-motor, it is stronger than a pneumatic piston and specialised for a dense viscous products but it also works fine all all kinds of fluids.

Double wall hopper/tank also have agitator to push the product for faster filling.

Twist off caps, with cap sorter / feeder and 10Kw vacuum pump

Particularly recommended for products such as dry fruit, sauces, pates, mayonnaise etc... 

With an automatic, continuous linear seal, it is fitted for a wide range of formats, without the need for the incorporation of tools or special components. 

*Please note - Small Emerito capper on video with filler has been sold already and it was not machine that could vacuum jars. Large Emerito that has been offered above is more sophisticated machine that can close caps and vacuum them*
