Frozen Meat grinder RMM 3000

Application: Grinding of fresh meat and grinding of any fist-sized frozen meat. Capacity: Depends on a meat temperature and a selected cutting set. Fine grinding: (Ø4 mm - Ø8 mm) 1 700 - 2 500 kg/h. Coarse grinding:(Ø10 mm - Ø25 mm) 2 800 - 5 200 kg/h. The grinder consists of: The cabinet: - legs with machine shoes, 4 pcs - hopper, 1 pc - stainless steel grinding worm, 1 pc - stainless steel feeding worms, 2 pcs - grinding head (two part head, mounted by clamp), 1 pc - pre – cutter 160/200 – by choice, 1 pc - cutting knife 160/200 – by choice, 2 pcs - hole plate 160/200 – by choice, 2 pcs 

Motors: - 30 kW SIEMENS (grinding worm), 1 pc - 1,5 / 1,9 kW NORD with gearbox (feeding worms), 1 pc - belt transmission, 1 pc Wiring: 3/PE/N, 50 Hz, 230/400 V, TN-C-S. Facilities to CE compliance: - safety switch for maintenance, 1 pc - safety cover for grinding head, 1 pc - inspection step, 1 pc Control: Via a central control panel with necessary buttons and central stop button.
