Output speed - Up to 40 packs / minute (depending on pack size and tooling configuration). 

Tooling - DELYN XMAS PLATTER (5 x cavity tray). Overall rectangular tray dimensions - 245mm L x 215mm W. 

This semi-automatic machine is designed to bring low level automation into the production environment. A high level of flexibility is offered by the portability of the machine enabling it to be moved from one production line to another. This is combined with the ability to incorporate a modified atmosphere (MAP) into the pack as well as simplicity of use and very quick and easy tooling changeovers.
