COMPLETE PITTA BREAD PROCESSING LINE Description: Complete pitta bread processing line, comprising of:Manufactured by Kammaz Ovens (Turkey). Date of manufacture / installation - 2017. Will produce up to 6000 pcs/h. Belt width - 600mm. Sheet thickness range of up to 18mm. Comprises of: 1 x Spiral mixer with 150kg dough capacity and 2 x removable bowls. 1 x Dough divider. 1 x Intermediate proofer. 1 x Dough sheeter. 1 x Final proofer. 1 x Tunnel oven. 1 x Cooling conveyor. 1 x Burner manufactured by Ozterm. 1 x 300l Air compressor. 1 x Dough basin. This system only requires 3 x workers to operate efficiently and safely. Previously used at only up to a maximum of 3000 pcs/h due to productivity requirements. The seller has decided to discontinue their product and use the space in the factory for another purpose.
