2005 SCHUBERT PICKERLINE

1 x Schubert Pickerline, Robotics machine for picking up and placing products into a tray or box.

YOM 2005.

The TLM line is used to erect and fill cartons. The products consist of flow wrap bags.

Two carton erectors:

Erection of the pre-glued carton blanks

• Product feed: Two-track via slat chain conveyor

• Product conveyor: Transporting of the products into the pick-up position of the TLM-F44 robot

• TLM-F44 robot: Picking up the products from the product conveyor and placing them in the cartons

• Roller conveyor: Pushing together of the two carton tracks to form one carton track and further transport to the slat chain conveyor

• Slat chain conveyor: Labeling and further transport of the filled cartons to the downstream closer
