  • The belt width is 1500mm all the way through the oven and cooler.

The oven itself is capable of doing either bars or muesli. The current set up at the front end and back end of the line is for muesli, so if you require bars to run through the oven, modifications are required at the front and backend. The throughput of the oven is dependent on the product and bake profile. The speed through the oven and the temperature can be varied depending on requirements (i.e. you can run fast and hot or slower at a lower temperature). This is product dependant.
