Marshmallow Extrusion Line

The plant should make approx. 400Kg per hour, depending on the size extruded.

The parts for sale are:

1) OAKES aerator

2) a colour/flavour pump (never used as they only made white mallow)

3) the starch handling unit

4) the main extruder head (4 colour capability)

5) numerous extrusion nozzles (some up to 26 nozzles wide, so ropes, twists, squares etc)

6) extrusion conveyor belt (about 25m long x 1.4m wide). This has a very small tear on it, but it is still in workable condition

7) the cutter, the conveyor needs replacing

8) the destarching elevated conveyor, drum and vibratory sieve

9) the electrical control panel

10) the return conveyor to get the starch to the beginning of the process again

11) the discharge conveyor

The machine will need a new set of conveyor belts. It has not been used for a number of years, but it has been kept assembled in a dry factory.

**Please note it is the buyers responsibility to dismantle and collect. There is a fork lift truck on site to assist with loading**
